Berry, Berry Happy Smoothie


I made this yummy smoothie this morning; healthy, delicious, quick and nutritious! It is the perfect signature BBH smoothie.Ingredients:

  • Frozen/fresh mixed berries
  • Almond butter
  • Milk - A2 milk, almond, rice, soy or any other substitute
  • Pumpkin & sunflower seeds
  • Chia seeds mixed with water
  • Raw cacao powder

Blend all together until smooth and liquid in consistency. Enjoy! :)
